Cynthia Nagle 2020 Virtual Festival Task Force Chair TANYS Treasurer, Webmaster, Marketing Consultant Gary DeWitt Marshall Diversity Workshop The TANYS weekend in November, although a failure in that we could not physically be with the theatre folk we love to share Festival weekend with, was an astounding success because we were able to offer a service that TANYS has not been able to accomplish in years: WORKSHOPS!!!!! When the Board met last month, it was decided that we should plan a day of virtual workshops at some point in the spring/early summer. Stay tuned and look for an e-mail blast with more details! In the meantime, if you have a theatrical talent that you can share in virtual format let me know. A word of advice, and this is the hard part: hands on workshops play better than a lecture format; folks want to do not listen. So, consider your skill set and send me a paragraph or two on what you might propose. The committee will be meeting to consider options on April 3, so please get us at least a topic and title ASAP.
