During the course of the arrest, it was alleged that Ellinwood had a Blood Alcohol Content of .18% or more. Ellinwood was released on the traffic tickets to appear in the LeRoy Town Court at a later date. On 2/27/2018, the LeRoy Police Department arrested 53 year old Danielle Derenzo of 8874 Hartshorn Rd, Corfu for Aggravated Unlicensed Op- eration (Suspended License), Suspended Registration and Operating without Insurance af- ter a traffic stop in the Village. Derenzo was released on the traffic tickets to appear in the LeRoy Town Court at a later date. On 3/01/2018, the LeRoy Police Department arrested 34 year old Chad Giesler of 572 Barks Rd, Caledonia for Mis- demeanor Driving While Intox- icated and other traffic offenses after a traffic stop in the Village. During the course of the arrest, it was alleged that Ellinwood was intoxicated and he was released on the traffic tickets to appear in the LeRoy Town Court at a later date. On 3/03/2018, the LeRoy Police Department arrested 18 year old Phoenix Webb of 2539 CountyRoute 37, Central Square NY for Misdemeanor Criminal Possession of Marihuana in the 4th Degree after a traffic stop in the Village. During the course of the traffic stop the Officer allegedly smelled burnt mari- huana inside the vehicle and a subsequent search of the vehicle allegedly showed Webb to be in possession of more than two ounces of Marihuana. Webb was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail on $500 bail. A complaint from a con- cerned citizen of an erratic driv- er on 3/04/2018 led to a Felony Aggravated Driving While In- toxicated Charge with a Child (Leandra's Law) and three counts of Misdemeanor Endan- gering the Welfare of a Child for 32 yr old Amy M. Page of 526 North Rd, Scottsville. The caller, who was following the vehicle that Page was driving, reported that Page's vehicle al- most hit two vehicles on Route 5 near Stafford, was driving in the wrong lane and went off the road numerous times. Page's vehicle was located by the Le- Roy Police Department after it turned into the parking lot of the business on West Main Street in the Village and allegedly drove into a snowbank. During the course of the investigation, It was Alleged that Page was In- toxicated with a Blood Alcohol Content above .18% and did so with three children in the vehicle. Page was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail on $2,500 bail and a full stay away order of protec- tion was issued for Page to stay away from the children.
