www.tanys.org Callboard - Volume XIX • Issue 2 • Fall 2022 Page10 Note from the Festival Registration Desk Hello everyone, as summer is ending I hope you are considering joining us in Rome for the 2022 TANYS Festival! I know the Rome TANYS Festival committee has spent the last 2 years planning the return to a full Festival and we are excited to have you join us. As your registrar for the Festival, I have a few reminders to make your experience easier. Remember: being a member of TANYS will save you some money, as will buying a Superpass for the weekend. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. There are four registration categories: Non-Member, TANYS Individual Member, Qualified Participant or Student. TANYS Individual Member means that you are a paid individual member of TANYS. If you joined TANYS in October- November 2021 you are still considered a member for this upcoming Festival. If you have any questions regarding your membership status please contact TANYS at info@tanys.org. A Qualified Participant is an approved participant at the Festival such as Board Members, Adjudicators, Festival Committee, or the actors, crew members, directors, authors or tech crew for participating theater companies performing at the Festival. These individuals MUST be listed on the participating company's registration form to get the Qualified Participant rate. Students are high school or college students with a current student ID. Please bring a student ID with you to check in at the TANYS registration table. If you’re not getting a Superpass, go to the A LA CARTE section of the registration form and circle the items you want to attend under the category that applies to you. People who are ONLY going to perform and NOT participate in any other session will not need to pay – but if you plan on attending any other sessions/meals you must pay the appropriate Qualified Participant fee for those sessions. Again this year, you can register online or by mail. To register online go to www.tanys.org . To register by mail please complete the registration form in this Callboard (one form per person please) and put your check (payable to TANYS) in the mail no later than Friday, November 11 . Anything postmarked after that date will incur a late fee of $10, so don’t delay. If you register prior to October 30, you qualify for a drawing for a free Superpass to Festival 2023 – so register early!! Again Rome is so thrilled to be planning this year’s TANYS Reunion Festival.
