Bautista was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and was transported back to the station for processing. Bautista was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the LeRoy Town Court on May 3rd at 1:00pm to answer to the charge. April 21, 2022 - Following a traffic stop by the NYSP, Jeremy Munn was found to have 2 outstanding bench warrants from the LeRoy Town Court. The bench warrants were issued for NYS Penal Law menacing 2nd and criminal mischef 4th. Munn was subsequently transported to the LeRoy Town Court to be arraigned. Munn was arraigned and released on his own recognizance to reappear in LeRoy Town Court May 3, 2022. April 24, 2022 - At approximately 2029 Hours, Kyle T. Purdy was arrested on a violation of his court ordered Order of Protection. Kyle T. Purdy was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department and charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. Purdy released on an appearance ticket and is set to appear in court on May 19th, 2022 for his arraignment. April 24, 2022 - The LeRoy Police Department arrested and charged Lisa Bautista with 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Bautista was transported to the station for processing, where she was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the LeRoy Town Court on May 3rd at 1:00pm to answer to the charge.
