Following the investigation into a domestic incident at an address at Conlon Road in the town of LeRoy, Steven Carpino was ar- rested after allegedly smashing another individuals phone with a hammer and then taking that individuals vehicle. Carpino was arraigned in LeRoy Town Court in front of Judge Sehm. Carpino was remanded to the Genesee County Jail with no bail. Carpino is to appear again on June 21, 2018 at 1:00PM.
