As I have mentioned to you before, the Town Board has prioritized review of this report during 2018. Periodically, meet- ing agenda topics will focus on ways to mitigate erosion (and, therefore, excess sediments) and nutrients that threaten the health of not only the Creek it- self, but the tributary creeks and wetlands. As we review the re- port, I will keep you updated on any proposed actions the board might consider to aid in this cause. Also, here is the contact info for our reorganized code enforcement office- For Bob Dawley (building permits, in- spections, land issues, etc.), please use 768-6910 ext. 223 or 993-5965 (code@leroyny.org ).
