Callboard

www.tanys.org Callboard - Volume XVI • Issue 2 • Fall 2019 Page 2 TANYS has learned that it is never early to seek out companies interested in hosting Festival! The Board of Trustees of TANYS would like to to solicit proposals for a group who would be interested in hosting the Festival in 2021 and 2022. We are very grateful that Rome Community Theater is hosting in 2019 and 2020 after a very successful six year run at Cayuga Community College in Auburn. Think about it- Hosting a TANYS Festival is a big endeavor but also very satisfactory to bring theatre lovers from throughout NY State to your “home”. We are requesting proposals now to be submitted ASAP so that the new Festival Chair will have the opportunity (and requirement!) to work with the existing crew to get an idea of all that is required of them. There are very specific needs that a site must meet in order to host the Festival. This information is available by contacting the TANYS office at info@tanys.org for the guidelines. All proposals will be considered. TANYS NEEDS YOU! Please submit a proposal no later than 15 January 2020. If you have any questions on this matter or if your company needs more time to submit contact TANYS at info@tanys.org.
