against a very goodGVB squad.
On Le Roy’s first possession
of the game, the Knights drove
down the field. Adam Risewick

end zone. The Knights 2 point
conversion attempt failed.
The Knights kicked off to
GVB and GVB was ready. The
Bills took the kickoff and ran it
in for the touchdown. GVBwas
successful in their 2 point con-
version, putting theBills up 8-6.
This was the first time this year
theKnights have been behind.
GVB then completed a suc-
cessful onside kick to regain
possession. The Le Roy defense
stood strong stopping the Bills
and forcing them to turn the ball
overondowns.LeRoy then took
over on offense.
Once again Adam Risewick
would follow the leadblockingof
ZachVanderhoof, for the touch-
down. The Knights defense was
again dominating. RyanHiggins
forced a fumble that was recov-
ered by Brett Babcock. Le Roy
took the ball again and put to-
gether a9playdriveendingwith
aTyler Strollo 2 yardTD run.
The Le Roy defense came to
play. Zach Vanderhoof was a
tackling machine from the line-

early message with a big tackle
for loss.Twoplays later, Jackson
Fix returned a punt 33 yards to
give the offense excellent field
position. It did not take the of-
fense long to cash in, as Tony

13yard touchdown, carryingsev-
eral defenders into the end zone
with him. Fixwould succeed on
theconversionattempt,giving the

long touchdown of their own.
Xavien Walker made the stop
in the backfield thwarting the
conversion attempt, leaving the
score 30-6. LeRoy’s offense
would control the football most
of the rest of the 2nd half, with
the defense not allowing another
first down. The final score stood
