4-10-15 - The Village of LeRoy Police Department arrested a
20-year-old LeRoy man for Assault in the Second Degree, Crim-
inal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree and Unlawful
Possession ofAlcohol.
JarrodK.Fotiathisof theVillageofLeRoywasarrestedforallegedly
assaulting another individual with a knife in theVillage of LeRoy.
Fotiathis was also charged with Criminal Possession of aWeapon
after allegedly using a knife on another individual. Fotiathis was
also found to be in possession of alcohol under the age of 21 years
old. After a brief police investigation, Fotiathis was placed under
arrest andwasarraigned in theTownofLeRoyCourt andcommitted
to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash $40,000 bond.
Fotiathis is scheduled to appear in LeRoy Town Court on 5-11-15
to answer the charge.
Also charged is 25 year old Brittany B. Cina of Batavia with
Harassment in the SecondDegree. Cinawas arrested for allegedly
punchinganother individual. Cinawas issuedanAppearanceTicket
to appear inLeRoyTownCourt on 4/27/15 to answer her charges.
