| February 24th, 2004 Pack 23 Webelos from Den 5 were honored in a moving up ceremony. Willie Barber, Damon Belcher, Jake Bortle (not pictured, unfortunately ill that evening), Peter Branton, Phillip Moulton, Shane Oliver and David VanGrol had completed their five year Cub Scout program by earning their final rank award, the Webelos Rank Award. Five of the scouts, Willie Barber, Damon Belcher, Jake Bortle, Phillip Moulton and Shane Oliver were also recipients of the highest Cub Scout award a Cub Scout can earn - The Arrow of Light. They all worked very hard to achieve these awards. Congratulations goes out to these fine young men as they now move onto Boy Scouts. |
