Once on location, members of the LeRoy Police Department conducted a search of the caller’s property and located a male hiding under a trailer on the caller's property. The male was taken into custody without incident. The male was later identified as Richard M. Schiersing, 47, of Scottsville, NY. Schiersingwas arrested fromCriminal Trespass in the 3rd degree and transported to LeRoy Police Department for processing. Schiersing was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of LeRoy Court at a later date. The LeRoy Police Department was assisted at the scene by members of the Genesee County Sheriff's Office and New York State Police.
