Fazio of Walworth, NY for Criminal Possession of a Stolen Property 4th and Petit Larceny, after it is alleged that he used a stolen credit card to make purchases at the LeRoy Kwik Fill in August of 2022. Fazio was arraigned in the LeRoy Town Court on December 6, 2022 and was held without bail. Fazio is currently incarcerated in the Wayne County Jail on unrelated charges.
