Leaf season is also upon us please leave the leaves on the terrace and not in the street, when it comes down to it leaves in the street will be the last ones picked up. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation. The November sewer bills will be arriving soon. This will be a large increase. A couple things to consider. This is a quarterly utility bill so the increase looks huge. The rate has not gone up in seven years. We have gotten 3.25 million dollars in grants and 0% interest on all financing. The board and myself know this is a very big jump. We will constantly be trying to lower your bill in any way we can, but for now this is where we feel we have to be. If you have an issue and want to voice your displeasure, please come to a board meeting or write a letter to the board. The ladies at the village hall only sent out the bills and are in no way responsible for the increase. While it may make you feel better to address it with them, PLEASE DON’T, they did not make this decision. We do feel the action taken will allow us to go another substantial time before another increase and we will look for other ways to reduce the cost.
