We cannot guarantee the return of photographs. © 2022 Le Roy Pennysaver August 11, 2022 - At approximately 12:05AM, Justin Mark Davis was arrested following a traffic stop for: Aggravated Unlicensed Operation - 1st Degree, DrivingWhile Intoxicated - Previous conviction within last 10 years, Operate a Motor Vehicle with Blood Alcohol Content .08 of 1% or more alcohol, No insufficient tail lamps, and Use/Leased/Rented/ Loaned Vehicle without interlock device. It is alleged that Davis was operating a motor vehile while Intoxicated by alcohol in the Town of Bergen. Davis was transported to the Genesee County Jail where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Bergen Town Court on October 5, 2022 at 5:00PM August 15, 2022 - Michael T. Van Houter was arrested in the Village of LeRoy for Driving While Intoxicated. Van Houter's vehicle was discovered by a Genesee County Sheriff's Deputy sitting at a traffic light at State Route 19 and State Route 5. It is alleged Van Houter fell asleep at wheel while waiting at a traffic light to change. After an investigation it was determined Van Houter was intoxicated by alcohol. Van Houter was transported to the Genesee County Jail for processing and released with appearance tickets. Van Houter is to appear in the Billage of LeRoy Court on September 15, 2022 at 5:00PM.
