Rachow was arrested for one count of Harassment in the 2nd Degree, as commited on July 22nd, 2022 at 0140 Hours. Rachow was picked up by LeRoy Police Department from Strong Memorial Hospital, following his hospitalization for an injury related to the offense committed. Rachow was arraigned at the LeRoy Town Court in front of the Honorable Judge Sehm on July 23rd, 2022 at 1730 Hours and released on his own recognizance after a Stay-Away Order of Protection was issued for the protected parties. July 23, 2022 - Following a hit and run property damage accident, Raymond Stanley Jr, 46 years old, was found to be driving while intoxicated. Stanley Jr was charged for driving while intozicated .08 or more blood alcohol content 1192-2(Class A misdemeanor), driving while intoxicated 1192-3 (Class A misdemeanor), aggravated driving while intoxicated .18 or higher blood alcohol content 1192-2AA (Class Amisdemeanor) and leaving the scene of a property damage accident 600-1A (Class A misdemeanor). Stanley was processed and released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the LeRoy Town Court on August 2, 2022. July 25, 2022 - LeRoy Police arrested Jeffrey Ellinwood, 63, of LeRoy for Harassment in the second degree. It was alleged that Ellinwood contiued to contact the victim of a domestic after he was told to cease all communication to the victim. Ellinwood was arraigned at the LeRoy Town Court and an order of protection was established protecting the victim from Ellinwood Ellinwood was released on his own recognizance and is due back in LeRoy Court on August 2nd, 2022 at 1:00PM to answer for the harassment charge.
