April 5, 2022 - Andrew S. Lehman was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated following a motor vehicle accident which occurred on East Main Road in the Town of LeRoy. Andrew S. Lehman was transported to the LeRoy Police Department for processing and releaseed on traffic tickets. Andrew S. Lehman is set to appear at the leRoy Town Court on April 21st, 2022 at 1:00pm to answer to the charges. April 6, 2022 - At about 1731 hours, Marco Hernandez (22) of Le Roy was arrested for Rape in the 1st degree and Criminal Sexual Act in the 1st degree following an Investigation. Hernandez was remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $5000 bail. April 14, 2022 - At approximately 7:45am, LeRoy Police were called to Gilbert Street for a report of an assault that stemmed from a domestic dispute. LeRoy Police arrested Cineque J. Robinson, 19, of LeRoy, for Assault 3rd degree, and Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd. A preliminary investigation determined that Robinson and the victim got into a physical altercation resulting in the victim receiving a head injury. Robinson was arraigned at the LeRoy Town Court for the purpose of an order of protection to be issued protecting the victim from Robinson. Robinson was released on appearance tickets to be answered at the LeRoy Town Court on 5-3-22.
