This is a full time day shift position with a minimum starting wage of $17.55 per hour, with additional compensation depending upon the extent of previous work experience. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in the building equipment maintenance field. The candidate must have knowledge of modern building equipment as well as general computer skills in order to perform preventative maintenance and general equipment repair. Candidate will perform snow removal and sports field setup depending upon the time of year. Successful candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as creative problem solving abilities.
