Hubbard was arrested and charges with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Village of Le Roy. Hubbard is due to appear in Le Roy Town Court on April 21, 2022, to answer to the charges. March 30, 2022 - Le Roy Police arrested Leslie Harold Michael Jr., age 52, for Unlawful Imprisonment and Harassment 2nd. Le Roy Police recieved a walk-up compliant of a dispute that occurred at 57 West Main Street in the Village of Le Roy. An investigation revealed that a verbal argument became physical between Michael and the victim. The investigation further revealed that Michael prevented the victim from leaving by physically holding the victim on the ground. Michael was arrested and processed at the Le Roy Police Department and was released on appearance ticket to be answered at the Le Roy Town Court on 4-5-2022. March 25, 2022 - The Le Roy Police Department arrested Earl Bryan Benson, age 33, from Byron, NY, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated section 1192-3 of the NYS VTL along with several other traffic tickets, following a traffic stop in the Vilage of Le Roy. Benson was later processed and released on UTT's with a court date returnable to the Le Roy town court on 4-5-2022. LeRoy Police Department Press Release
