Webster was arrested on one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree for violating a court ordered Stay Away Order of Protection. Webster is set to appear for arraignment at the LeRoy Town Court on April 5th, 2022 at 1:00PM. February 22, 2022 - Garrett Bernsten was taken into custody during the excecution of an arrest warrant in the City of Rochester and brought before the LeRoy Town Court to answer the charges of criminal possession of a firearm, a class E felony, and criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, a class C Felony. Bernsten was released under pre-trial supervision and is to return to LeRoy Town Court on April 21, 2022. March 24, 2022 - Kasondra LHubbard was arrested and charges with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following a domestic disturbance at a residence in the Village of LeRoy. Hubbard is due to appear in LeRoy Town Court on April 21, 2022, to answer to the charges. March 25, 2022 - The LeRoy Police Department arrested Earl Bryan Benson, age 33, from Byron NY for Felony Driving While Intoxicated section 1192-3 of the NYS VTL after a traffic stop in the Village of LeRoy, Benson was later processed and released on UTT's with a court date returnable to the LeRoy town court on May 5, 2022. Benson was also ticketed for Refusal to subit to a breath test section 1194(1)(b) of the NYS VTL.
