O B I T U A R I E S Barbara M. Hutton, 70, of LeRoy, passed away on October 5, 2020 at Crossroads House in Batavia surrounded by her loving family. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Reyhan Antinore, 89, of LeRoy, passed away early October 12, 2020 in the loving embrace of her husband. LeRoy Police Department: Press Release Due to unforeseen circumstances, the LeRoy Police Department will not be participating in the upcoming DEA National Drug Take Back Day which is scheduled for Saturday October 24, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We are hoping to continue to participate in future days. As a reminder, the LeRoy Police Department will still have available the drug drop off boxes located inside the LeRoy Village Hall which is available 24 hours a day, for both medications and needles. Due to Covid, the Village Hall is locked so Please use the phone outside of the Village Hall to contact Dispatch to summon the on duty patrol to assist with entry into the building. For those of you who wish to dispose of excess medications on this specific day, you can go to the LeRoy Village Hall as stated above or you can go to the nearest drop off point which would be in the City of Batavia.
