Mike Darby's Patch & Paint It was a perfect snowy, wintery day for the Rotary Club of LeRoy’s annual Cookie Auction! This fun, giving event takes place at Christmas time each year and raises money for a project or program selected by the current Club President. This year’s recipients of the Cookie Auction proceeds are Shop with a Cop and the LeRoy Community Pool, for Scholarships for children and family Memberships this summer. Shop with a Cop took place December 7th. Five local children were given Walmart gift cards and were accompanied by our local police officers to pick out their Christmas gifts. Thank you to the LeRoy Police who continue to give back to our community! Your local Rotarians continue to be generous and raised over $1,500.00 for these worthwhile causes.
