Bubba’s does it all! 31 year old, Marshall A Silvernail of Asbury Rd, Le Roy was arrested on August 12, 2018, for Trespass, a Violation level offense. The Le Roy Police Department responded to a residence located in the village in the early morning hours of July 29th, 2018 after receiving a complaint that there was an unwanted subject on the property. Upon arrival patrols allegedly located Silvernail on the property attempting to enter the premises. After a brief investigation it is believed that Silvernail had been previously told he was not allowed on the property and charges were later written for his arrest. Silvernail was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Le Roy Town Court on August 13th, 2018 to answer to the charge. 39 year old, Stephanie N. Walters of Swamp Road, Byron was arrested by the Le Roy Po- lice Department on August 25, 2018 at charged with one count of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, a ClassAMisdemeanor. On August 23, 2018 the Le Roy Police Department received a complaint that a vehicle that was loaned to Walters on the previ- ous day, August 22, 2018, with the expectation it was only used by Walters for a brief period of time had failed to be returned to the owner. After a brief inves- tigation it is believed that Wal- ters allegedly took possession of the vehicle after being given permission to do so but failed to return the vehicle by the agreed upon time and kept said for such a lengthy period of time to render such possession a gross deviation from the agreement. Walters and the vehicle were both located on August 25, 2018 in the Town of Gates. Walters was issued an ap- pearance ticket and is to appear in the Le Roy Town Court on September 20, 2018 to answer to the charge.
