MacPherson was arrested following the complaint of a Domestic Incident. MacPherson allegedly prevented the victim from using their phone to call the Emergency Assistance and allegedly prevented the victim from leaving the residence. MacPherson was charged with Menacing in the 3rd Degree, Unlawful Imprisonment in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree. MacPherson was arranged in the Town of LeRoy Court and is set to appear on a later date and time. Police Report
