Police Report 52 year old Raymond J. Radley of 133 Liberty Street, Upper Apt in Batavia was arrested by the LeRoy Police Department on 6/5/2018 and charged with nine counts of the E-Felony of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree. It is alleged that between February 27, 2018 and May 16, 2018, Radley Violated a Full Stay Away Order of Protec- tion by contacting and/or having communications with the protect- ed party. Radley was arraigned before the Hon. John Duyssen of the LeRoy Town Court and committed to the Genesee County Jail on no bail.
