LE ROY PENNYSAVER & NEWS - JANUARY 7, 2018 Police Report A Domestic incident which occurred on 12/30/2017 resulted in multiple charges against 41 year old Nicholas G. Williams of 3810 West Main Street Rd Batavia. It is alleged that upon arrival of the LeRoy Police and Genesee County Sheriff's Deputy at a Lake St address in the Village of LeRoy they allegedly found Williams inside the residence of a person he was ordered to stay away from in an Order of Protection. Williams was charged with one count of Criminal Contempt 2nd, an A-Misdemeanor for al- legedly violating the Order of Protection, one count of Bur- glary in the Second Degree, a class C-Violent Felony for allegedly unlawfully entering or remaining inside a dwelling with the intent to commit the crime of Criminal Contempt therein and Resisting Arrest for allegedly resisting the Officers attempts to place him in hand- cuffs. Williams was arraigned before the Hon. D. Sehm of the LeRoy Town Court and com- mitted to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Two persons were arrested by the LeRoy Police Department following a report- ed domestic disturbance which allegedly occurred on Church Street in LeRoy on 12/31/2017 at about 9:30 am. The arrests were unrelated to the actual do- mestic but during the incident an alleged crack pipe was locat- ed by the officers in plain view in the living room. The occu- pants, 29 year old Christina M. Sanchez-Anderson and 24 year old Kodey R. Mills were arrest- ed and each charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A-Misde- meanor. Mills was issued an ap- pearance ticket to appear in Le- Roy Town Court on 1/18/2018. Sanchez-Anderson was found to also have an outstanding war- rant out of the Town of LeRoy Court and was arraigned before the Hon. M. Welsh and commit- ted to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. 50 year old Lori A. Say of 9644 Roanoke Rd Stafford was arrested by the LeRoy Po- lice Department on 01/01/2018 and charged with one count of Petit Larceny, an A-Misde- meanor. It is alleged that say shoplifted multiple items of merchandise from a business on West Avenue in the Village. Say was issued an Appearance Ticket to appear in the LeRoy Town Court on 01/18/2018. 25 year old James M. Tinker of Fowler Rd., Linwood was arrested by the LeRoy Po- lice Department on 01/01/2018 at about 11:17 pm and charged with one count of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, an A-Misdemeanor. It is alleged that during a dispute at a Church Street address in the Village, Tinker allegedly punched a win- dow with the intent of breaking such and did in fact break the window of another person. Tin- ker was treated for cuts on his hand and issued an appearance ticket to appear in LeRoy Court on 1/18/18 at 1:00 p.m. 25 year old Chazmar T. Walters of 12 Myrtle street was arrested on 1/2/2018 by the LeRoy Police Department on an outstanding Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court. Walters was processed and ar- raigned before the Hon. John Duyssen of the LeRoy Town Court and released on his own recognizance to appear at a later date.
