Stafford Police Report A 35-year-old LeRoy woman was charged with Fel- ony DWI on Wednesday No- vember 15, 2017 after a report of a possible intoxicated driver. Erika L. Gilson of 57 West Main Street was stopped at about 3:05 P.M. in a parking lot on West Main Street in the village. After a brief investigation, Gilson was found to be allegedly intoxicat- ed and was charged. In addition to the DWI charge, Gilson was charged with 3 counts of felony aggravated DWI for having 3 children under the age of 16 in the vehicle and aggravated DWI for having a BAC of .18% or more. Gilson was arraigned in the Town of LeRoy Court by Justice Darryl Sehm and was committed to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail. Gilson is due back in court on December 21st, 2017 at 1:00P.M A 32-year-old Wyo- ming man was charged with DWI on Saturday November 18th, 2017 after allegedly fail- ing to keep right on Wolcott Street in the village. Shane M. Nugent of 5936 West Middle- bury Road was stopped at about 2:19 A.M. on Warsaw Road. After a brief investigation, Nu- gent was found to be allegedly intoxicated and was charged. In addition to the DWI charge, Nu- gent was charged with failing to keep right and aggravated DWI for having a BAC of .18% or more.
