After a discussion with Chief Hayward and Bob Lathan we decided to move the winter parking ban (that goes into effect on November 1st annually) has been pushed back till Novem- ber 15th this year, due to the good weather we are experiencing this fall. This should bring about a huge snow storm in the next couple of weeks. Upcoming meetings will be on the third Wednesday of No- vember and December and a joint public hearing, Village and Town will take place at the Town Hall on November 28th to discuss the Vacant Building Registry. Another miscue from last week was the announcement of the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot, there will not be a run this year.
