My guide to this office has been to apply the law to the facts of each case in a fair and neutral manner . This insures a secure community while allowing the citizens to know that people are being treated fairly. I would also like to thank the many families who have honored me by asking me to officiate at their weddings. This has been a truly joyous feature of the office.
